For the college hoops fans in the audience, the big ticket tomorrow is KU versus Kentucky. I acknowledged this clash of the titans with a quick post over at PhogBlog: Speed Speculation.
The Jayhawks will probably try and run tomorrow; so will Kentucky. The result should be a fascinating game and a stern test for Kansas' young team. Which team can run fast, defend, and score - at the same time?

well, AJ, I guess your hawks can run...and rebound....and score....and even dunk....not bad. ~Satisfied
A most impressive victory for the 'Hawks. My 'Horns can't regard them quite so lightly as I had thought earlier, it appears.
Yes, this was by far KU's most impressive outing this season (though to be fair, this wasn't a top-notch UK team). Apparently the 2-a-day practices over the break helped the 'Hawks take Bill Self's game plan to heart. Tenacious D coupled with explosive speed (and inexperience) makes this team intriguing.
John, I noticed the 'Horns notched another win today. If I'm not mistaken, the think the Jayhawks play them in Allen Field House. That will be a game.
Poor Tubby Smith.
"In the spirit of Christian charity and setting aside my genetic predisposition against all thing 'Jayhawk,' well played," he said gritting his teeth in the process.
Now that that's over, can I have some love for Mizzou's win over OSU?
Cheers.
R. Sherman, I watched part of the MU game, and was pleasantly surprised when they secured the close victory. It's always more enjoyable for the Jayhawks to beat an MU team that has pulled off a respectable W or two.
