HELP!
Hey, all you techies and photogs:- Are you aware of an alternative to Hello! for posting pictures? My system is having some kind of weird conflict with Hello!, and my photo content is suffering as a result. If you have tips, please supply 'em. Otherwise my cry for help will be pitiful indeed.

A Cry for Help

I post mine right through Blogger. Flickr worked, too, but Blogger's even easier.
Blogger's photo function never works for me when I try to upload anything larger than a button or avatar. It's probably my sorry dial-up connection.
However...I think the problem has been fixed! Those genius Google people sent me a link to a little program called "HelloCleanup," which apparently removed my corrupt Hello! files. I reloaded the software, and voila.
Photoblog functionality is back.
Personally i like walagata.com...super fast...uploads in about 20 seconds and i can use the pics pretty much anywhere....and oh yeah it's free...
okay so i am looking at the Google ad under your post.....and i am laughing out loud cause it's an ad for "Spiritual Guidance Sale : New and Used Spiritual Guidance check out the deals Now! " perhaps i need more sleep but this struck me as funny.....i wonder how much some "used Spiritual guidance" goes for....and can i get the same thing new for more or less than the "used" version? and if someone has aleady commmented on this i apologize for the redundancy...
Thanks for the walagata tip. I'm all about free photo software.
Google Adsense has been off the hook lately. A couple days ago in this hoops post I mentioned "braiding my hair into cornrows." Just once, I said it. And now the blog is papered with ads concerning braids...an apparently little-known corner of the commercial sector.
And now, the "spiritual guidance" liquidation sale. I'm so glad they've finally decided to sell it all off. Just the same...as you say, the irony is a little thick.
Despite the piles and piles of $$ that Adsense is making me, I may have to yank it.
This has nothing to do with photo blogging. Check out ESPN's "Page 2" all time college hoop line-ups in a tourney format. The readers vote for line-ups where, e.g. Chamberlain and Manning play for KU. Great for starting arguments.
Cheers.
BTW, ADsense put up something for "Live Psychic Readings." More irony.
Do I detect sarcasm witht the piles of money? Methinks, yes.
Sarcasm and irony. This post is coated with it.
I was about to pull the plug on Google Adsense, when I was unexpectedly charmed by a "Basketball Hoops" ad. Who could say no to an ad that good-looking?
Whether it had anything to do with this post is another question...
WOW! Anyone who digs college hoops had better check out the ESPN Great College Hoops Tournament that Sherman mentioned.
This is a NCAA hoops junkie's dream...brackets, hypothetical matchups, color photos, bball trivia, and a smash-up showdown in Allen Field House.
I find the fact that the championship game is slated for Allen to be very revealing.
A respectful *head nod* to the folks at ESPN for successfully locating the mecca of college hoops...
