    It is already evident that there will be no dearth of second-child pictures in the Vanderhorst household.

    Some of these are quite good. I feel blessed that you're sharing them with others.

    Thanks, John. Asher is vociferous when it comes to making sure that he gets his share of photos posted. He actually keeps a running tally. Since his birth, the score is-

    ASHER:18
    AIDAN: 15

    I keep telling him it's not a competition.

    I really enjoy photography, and since I rarely get to take photo shoots anymore (can't imagine why), it's great to have convenient subjects running, rolling, and wailing around the place.
