The Fresh Air Fund: Changing Children's Lives

I've been learning a little about the Fresh Air Fund lately, and thought their cause is well worth mentioning as Christmas approaches. In essence, the FAF is a non-profit that arranges for low income, inner city NYC kids to enjoy summer vacations in locations outside the city.

    Interesting. I haven't had a chance to really look at that organization but received an e-mail request asking me to promote it on my blog. I'll have to check it out!

    Wow, it's amazing what they're doing to make a difference in children's lives. I have never heard of them before but will most definitely check them out. Thanks for the heads up.
